Ethical Statement

Land Languages operates with the principle that all humans are equal and worthy of respect.

To that end, we function in a person centered way that does not accept racism or intolerance of any kind up to and including modern slavery. We owe our clients our full commitment to the boundaries of confidentiality, within the limits of safety for human life.

Our ethical values include:

Integrity - We will protect the right of all staff members and clients. They will be treated with equal dignity and respect at all times.

Honesty - Our external and internal relationships will be as transparent as is practicable. We undertake to pay our contractors in accordance with the agreed terms. There will be no differentiation on pay grades on any discriminatory grounds of race, creed, gender, age or culture.

Openness - At no time will Land Languages enter into bribery or seek improper advantages for business or financial gains.

Respect - We will treat all staff members with equal respect and dignity and promote opportunities to enable their personal and professional development.

Fairness - All interactions and relationships will be conducted on a fair basis with suppliers, investors and employees and will be completed in an atmosphere of trust and equality.

Responsibility - Land Languages is committed to developing and maintaining effective communication within the local community;  and working in a sustainable manner continuing to address a low environmental business impact.
